Various networking problems (only for wifi 90, wifi 120, wifi 180 camera)

  • Find camera wifi light , what color? Flashing or not?
  • If it's stable blue, camera is online, we can use phone 3G/4G or another wifi to access camera when we are outside.
  • If it's red flashing, camera is offline, press the front wifi button to make wifi light blue blinking. Then please login APP to click '+' to add camera.
  • If it’s blue blinking, camera is ready to be connected to Internet, please login APP to click '+'.
  • If there’s no blue blinking wifi light, or there is no dog wifi, please reboot router and your mobile phone together,make sure you are using original camera cabl, and then reset the camera by pushing the reset button on the left using a PIN. You can also try to change another adapter or cable, make sure output voltage is 5v,1A or 5v,0.5A.
  • Please notice below camera reset steps,
  • Step1, If the camera has been added on APP, please delete it first.Find a pinhole under USB slot, there is a reset button inside.
  • Step2. Power the camera, press the reset button with the needle immediately , the wifi light will be red on, keep pressing about 5~8 seconds until the red wifi light gone or no wifi light .loose the needle.
  • Step3, wait the wifi light blue flashing.
  • The most important thing we need to pay attention while resetting, the interval time. power camera,don't wait, reset the camera immediately, keep pressing about 5~8 seconds, wait blue blinking wifi light. This method has fixed many networking issues,

  • You will choose your home/office wifi on APP and enter corresponding password, please remember its your own wifi on APP. To avoid errors, please double check the password, no wrong letters, no extra space. After you type a password, wifi light will turn red blinking, then turn solid blue, please do not press wifi button while color changing. when wifi light is stable blue, it's online. and can be accessed when you are outside.
  • If your router signal is 5G, it should has two signals, 5G and 2.4G . Please use 2.4G signal,camera dose not support 5G.

Device is off-line or connecting

  • 1、Please make sure the Wi-Fi password is correct, or you need to reset the Wi-Fi.
  • 2、Please check whether the router can access to the Internet normally.
  • 3、Please check whether the router has a special setting in the public environment, such as access to the internet by webpage validation which does not support temporarily.
  • 4、Reset the Wi-Fi of device.
  • Tap the 【WiFi】at the page of 【Function Settings】, and operate by promotion.

Cannot find the device when adding it

  • 1、Please make sure the Wi-Fi connection on your phone have been opened.
  • 2、Please make sure the distance between device and your phone within 5 meters.
  • 3、Please make sure the device has been connected to the power, and the power light is on.
  • 4、Please operate according to the page of 【Add device】
  • Tap the 【WiFi】at the page of 【Function Settings】, and operate by promotion.
  • 5、If you still cannot find the device,please submit feedback to us, we will check and solve it for you as soon as possible.

Can I use the device on multi-client of app

  • You can sign in on different systems or different devices.
  • But it only supports one user viewing the real-time video at the same time.
  • You can use the “sharing” to share your device to your friends or families who has registered.

Camera offline issue

  • Offline frequency?Offline twice a day is normal for all wifi products.There are three reason will cause this problem:
  • ① Wifi router will distribute IP once in 24hrs.
  • ② Internet rent time is limited.
  • ③ Server need connect again.
  • Offline twice or once in 24hrs is normal situation which even network operator cannot avoid this.
  • How to make camera reconnect?
  • Please wait a few minutes, it will reconnect automatically if it was online before, if it can not connect, please plug and unplug it , if still can not connect again, please follow user guide.

Motion detection function

Can I change dog wifi password?

  • No, the default password can not be changed.

Loop Recording

  • Wifi 90 camera support 32G memory card
  • Wifi 120&180 cameras support 128G memory card

How to reset login password?

  • Logout first, click ‘forgot’ on APP login page, Then you will receive an email link to reset password.

Can live video be accessed by multiple devices simultaneously?

  • No. One camera only can be connected with one email ID, but One ID can add multiple cameras, you can share the camera live video with another 5 IDs. But at the same time, only one device can access the camera.

APP is not compatible

  • APP support Android 4.4.4 and above system and IOS 7.0 and above system.

Q1. Failed to connection

  • Please notice the date flow at top right in the page of real-time video. if data flow is not 0kb, but it whirls or blank screen, which maybe that the uploading bandwidth of WiFi is not enough, it is advised to change a network.

Q2. The video picture is black and white sometimes

  • With an infrared filter switching function, the camera is suitable for a variety of low illumination environment. It add the infrared filter automatically during the day, the image is colored; The infrared filter will be removed automatically under the condition of night or dark light, and the infrared night vision is opened, the image is black and white.

Q3. The video direction is inversion, how can I adjust it?

  • Tap the wrench icon at the real-time video page, and go into 【function settings】.
  • Click the【video direction】and choose inversion(rotate 180°)

Q4. No History

  • 1、Please ensure you have insert the available Micro SD card;
  • 2、Please check the state of Micro SD card at the page of 【function settings】. If it is uninitialized, please initialize first.
  • 3、Please check the settings of 【video recording】 at the page of 【function settings】. If the selection is “Never”or select none, it will not record the videos for you.

Q5. History is off and on

  • 1、Because the default option of “Video recording” is “detect abnormal motion”, it will not open the record function normally. So the video is off and on.
  • 2、If you need record thorough all day, you need to set the “video recording” as 24 hours.

Q1. How to bind an outdoor camera

  • 1、 Wired connection
  • The device is plugged into a Rj 45 Internet cable and then the network port light is on. The client and the device connect to the same network. Click Next to search for the device CID under the same network. Choose the CID number of your device, name the device, and click “Next” to connect successfully.
  • 2、WiFi connection
  • After the device is connected to the power supply,press and hold the device setting key for about 3 seconds to wait for the blue light to flash. Click “Next” to switch to WiFi page to connect device WiFi: DOG-XXXX password 11111111 to return to name the device. Select WiFiand enter the password, the connection is successful.

Q2. How to download history videos

  • 1、Remove the SD card
  • Take out the SD card from the device, and use the card reader into the computer.
  • 2、Do not remove the SD card
  • The camera and download the device in the same network, enter the historical video ---- click the download button; pop-up window: has generated a download link, please download the same network ------ click copy, link paste to download the device browser Download video.

  • It can be normally used after you binded it with you account. If there is no any operation in 5 seconds, it will go to sleep automatically, and enter into energy-saving mode.
  • You can look up the real-time video by app on the phone, or press the call button on doorbell to call someone with the phone.
  • Any functions can be used normally.

  • It will disconnect automatically when no one answered in 30 seconds.

Taking a Photo & Shoot a Video

  • Q1. How can we take a photo or shoot a video via panoramic cameras?

    • 1、Use the camera/record button inUniCam 720 °interface after logging in Clever Dog APP;
    • 2、Manually tap the camera/record button. Tapped for 1s, the camera will take photos and pressed for 2s, the camera will begin to record. And then pressing the button for 2s again, you can end the record.

    Q2. Can photos and videos taken by the panoramic camera be viewed on the computer?

    • Yes. Please use PotPlayer to viewthe video and photos on the computer.

    Q3. How to export photos and videos?

    • Please connect with the computer by attached USB transmission data line to export the photos and videos.

    • Duringtaking photos or recording videos, the camera will automatically save photos and videos in Micro SD card.
